Terms of Service

Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to register for and use the Service. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your password, and promptly reporting unauthorized access.
Your information
You retain ownership of information you submit. You grant EnduringWishes and its operator, 7Hills Software, LLC, the limited rights needed to host, secure, back up, display, and provide the Service according to your instructions. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to submit content.
Sharing and Deputies
You control which people can access your information and which features they can use. You are responsible for selecting Deputies carefully and reviewing their permissions. Deputy access is subject to the permissions configured in the Service and may include access to sensitive information. Do not submit information you do not want shared under the permissions you choose.
Acceptable use
You may not use the Service unlawfully, impersonate another person, violate another person’s privacy or intellectual-property rights, upload harmful code, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the Service or its security.
Payments, cancellation, and termination
Any fees, renewal terms, refunds, and cancellation rights presented when you purchase a plan apply to that purchase. You may cancel or request deletion through the account tools available to you. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, security risks, legal requirements, or discontinuation of the Service. We will take reasonable steps to provide notice where appropriate, but immediate action may be required for security or legal reasons.
No professional advice
EnduringWishes is a planning and information-management service. It is not a law firm, medical provider, financial adviser, fiduciary, or substitute for professional advice. It is not a regulated medical-record system and does not promise HIPAA coverage. Consult qualified professionals for legal, medical, tax, financial, or end-of-life decisions.
Service availability and security
The Service is provided as available. We use reasonable safeguards but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation, absolute security, permanent availability, complete recovery of deleted data, or that the Service will meet every need. You are responsible for keeping independent copies of information that you cannot afford to lose.
Ownership transition
EnduringWishes, Inc. is being dissolved. The EnduringWishes Service and its intellectual property are transitioning to 7Hills Software, LLC, which will operate the Service going forward. These Terms are product-specific; consulting or other services provided by 7Hills may have separate written terms.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as the Service, ownership, or legal requirements change. We will post updated Terms and provide additional notice for material changes when appropriate. Continued use after notice of an update means you accept the updated Terms.
